Transcript: MA Gov. Deval Patrick announcing the lifting of the stay indoor request for Watertown, Boston & other communities – 6 p.m. press briefing April 19, 2013

Partial transcript of remarks by Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick announcing the lifting of the stay indoor request after intensive search fails to capture the Boston Marathon bombing suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, at a 6 p.m. press briefing in Watertown on April 19, 2013:

In light of the status of the investigation here in Watertown and the developments in the course of the day, the Stay Indoor request is lifted. The T is opened effective immediately. The MBTA effective immediately.

We are asking the public to remain vigilant. If you are out, continue to remain alert to suspicious activity, unaccompanied or unattended packages and backpacks and so on.

Remember, there is still a very, very dangerous individual at large but we feel confident based on what we know about the status of the investigation right now that to that extent we can return to living our lives.

And again, in the areas where the Stay Indoor request has been in effect, that request is lifted but remain vigilant.
