List of 217 House Republicans who voted to cut food stamp funding by $39 billion over 10 years.  The House passed H.R. 3102 Nutrition Reform and Work Opportunity Act of 2013 by a vote of 217 to 210 on Sept. 19, 2013. All 195 House Democrats voted against the bill.
