List of 228 House Republicans who voted for the continuing resolution that would de-fund the Affordable Care Act. H.J. Res. 59 passed the House on Sept. 20, 2013 by a vote of 230 to 189. Two Democrats – Jim Matheson of Utah and Mike McIntyre of North Carolina – voted for the bill.
