List of 18 Republican Senators who voted against H.R. 2775 to end the federal government shutdown and raise the debt ceiling to avert a government default on Oct. 16, 2013. H.R. 2775 “An act making continuing appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014, and for other purposes” was approved by the Senate with a 81 to 18 vote.
