Part II: Partial transcript of the New Jersey Assembly Transportation and Independent Authorities committee hearing on the George Washington Bridge lane closures. David Wildstein, who was appointed to the Port Authority by Gov. Chris Christie, was subpoenaed to testify on Jan. 9, 2014.

…The chair certainly is of the opinion that the subpoena is valid and within the scope of the committee’s jurisdictions…

And the other issue being raised I don’t believe is appropriately before this body and so we’re not going to address that at this time…
